These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of id.nuvraxis.com and the Nuvraxis ID console (together, the "Service"), operated by Nuvraxis ("we," "us," "our"), based in the Netherlands. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms cover use of our public website and console only. They are not a software license, a data processing agreement, or a service-level agreement. Any production deployment, self-hosting arrangement, or customer relationship involving Nuvraxis ID is governed by a separately negotiated agreement, not by these Terms.
1. Using the Service
You may browse id.nuvraxis.com and submit an access request without an account. If you are issued a console account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at identity@nuvraxis.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security or rate-limiting measure
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
- Use automated means to access the Service in a way that sends more requests than a human could reasonably send, except as we have explicitly permitted
3. Access requests
Submitting an access request through the Service does not guarantee a response, evaluation access, or any particular outcome. We will aim to respond to legitimate requests in a reasonable time.
4. Intellectual property
The Service, including its content, branding, and underlying software, is owned by Nuvraxis or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to use Nuvraxis's software, trademarks, or other intellectual property, except as expressly agreed in a separate written agreement.
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuvraxis will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, including for violation of these Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
